"It's a Whole New Ballgame"
Why Little League?
Little League Baseball and Softball is the world's largest organized youth sports program. With nearly 180,000 teams, in all 50 U.S. states and scores of other countries.
Little League Objective
"The objective of the Local League shall be to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens."
In the spring of 2014, Tucson Mountain Little League was fortunate to be able to purchase new equipment for the league. With the boards approval, equipment manager Ruben Pratti packed up a truckload of used equipment. The equipment was donated to a youth league in Magdalena, Mexico. The league is managed by Victor Ochoa and former MLB player Sergio "Kaliman" Robles. Many thanks to Sandra Moreno and Victor Ochoa for helping us give this equipment new life. Thank you Victor for providing us with these photos of 'Las Lobitas' sporting some of the equipment.

Tucson Mountain Little League recognizes that the adult volunteers who manage and coach are the backbone of our little league. Without you, TMLL would not exist. The goal of TMLL is to select the most qualified managers and coaches to teach and supervise our players. Most qualified does not necessarily mean the most baseball/softball experience. Above all else, managers and coaches must realize that they are helping to shape the physical, mental and emotional development of young people.
If you're interested in Managing/Coaching for the 2015 spring season, download and complete the Manager/Coach Application. The application can be dropped off at our Saturday registrations, mailed to our new P.O. Box, or emailed to Louie Padilla
